Lifeline Challenge connects refugee newcomers with the support they need to create pathways to success in Canada. Refugees contribute to our economic and social fabric, helping to build a stronger Canada for all. Lifeline Challenge is a non-partisan network of individuals and organizations responding to humanitarian crises around the world, including those in Afghanistan and Ukraine. Finding a job is an important part of making a new country home. Among its functions, Lifeline Challenge uses job-matching technology to help connect employers with newcomers to Canada who possess the skills and experience to fill vacant positions. This adds talent and diversity to organizations, fills employment gaps, and helps newcomers find stability and connection in their new lives. Lifeline Challenge also works with organizations and employers to develop and deliver innovative pathways and strategies for education, training, and mentorship to refugees following their arrival to Canada.
