The Discover Ability Network (DAN) is a free online portal and resource that connects Ontario businesses to job seekers with disabilities. Powered by Magnet, this unique job matching platform allows job seekers to create a profile of their background and experience and be matched to job opportunities that fit their skills with a growing number of employers looking for diverse, qualified candidates. The portal offers a wide variety of resources to employers to support the hiring and inclusion of persons with disabilities, including a 6-step hiring roadmap and toolkits to help answer questions employers may have when hiring and retaining employees with disabilities. The Discover Ability Network also offers free training, workshops and events to employers to help them become more inclusive and to job seekers to help them with their job search.
