Skills Bridge

Skills Bridge offers tailored, no-cost training and resources for SMEs that promote inclusive recruiting and aid in attracting and retaining diverse talent. Led by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, Skills Bridge is a national platform for online learning. Skills Bridge helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) provide no-cost skill development opportunities to their employees, while also supporting recruitment efforts. Based on user inputs, Skills Bridge can identify, source, and validate training content selected to meet the specific needs of an individual SME. Skills Bridge offers learning opportunities across a range of subjects including numeracy and literacy, diversity and inclusion, soft skills, and regulatory information. Skills Bridge also helps employers increase workplace diversity, and attract and retain new employees, by providing access to training resources that promote diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
